Status Quo - Paper Plane
All Status Quo songs sound the same! Well, most of them. But this is by far my favourite. From 1972 Paper Plane sounds fresh and alive, probably because it’s the first time they had a hit with this tune!
Paper Plane reached no.8 in the UK singles charts and as such, isn’t as popular as the more polished, commercial sounding Rockin’ All Over The World and Sweet Caroline.
This needs to be played very loud!

Thats the first time I have seen Francis Rossi without his waistcoat and ponytail!
