The Pretenders - Tattooed Lover Boys Live in 1981

Here’s a great performance but poor quality picture to remind everyone how good The Pretenders used to be before they turned into a crap MOR pop band.

This is the original line-up: Chrissie Hynde (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), James Honeyman-Scott (lead guitar, backing vocals, keyboards), Pete Farndon (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Martin Chambers (drums, backing vocals, percussion).

The band lost its way after both Honeyman-Scott and Farndon both died of unrelated drug overdoses.
